General Terms and Conditions

The following points are premised before the surgery date:
1.	By handing back the registration form the intermediation order is accepted.
2.	The patient is capable for a surgery. A blood test should be conducted by the GP. The findings must not be older than 2 weeks. However, the examination can also be done in the hospital; this must be agreed on before and is charged.
3.	The appointments of the counselling talk and the surgery are organised with the patient and the doctor by Aesthetic-Surgery. The patient gets a written acknowledgement on travelling information and hotel reservations after sending back the signed forms.
4.	A down payment of 20% of the surgery costs (100.- pounds) must be paid until 4 weeks before the agreed on surgery appointment to the following bank account: Kreis und Stadtsparkasse Erding Bank code: 70051995, account number: 10164796 IBAN code: DE20 70051995 0010164796, BIC Code: BYLADEM1ERD
5.	The rest of the surgery cost (80%), possible cost for the stay in hospital, compression clothing, supporting bra, or laboratory tests (blood count) the patient pays on the spot to the doctor.
6.	If the patient does not meet the agreed on appointments, following cancellation fees will be charged to the patient, unless the patient can prove that no or only a minor disprofit has occurred: Cancellation 30 days before the agreed on surgery date: €100.00 (£80.00) Cancellation 14 days before the agreed on surgery date: €300.00 (£240.00) When cancelling 14 days or less before the agreed on surgery date, the patient can arrange another appointment within 6 months, then the cancellation fees will not be charged. When being absent without valid excuse the down settlement is charged as cancellation fee. If the patient cancels a surgery appointment that has already been postponed a cancellation fee of €300.00 (£240.00) is charged. The cancellation must be in written form.
7.	Cancelling hotel reservations is free of charge until 3 days before the planned arrival. When cancelling later the patient must pay the full price.
8.	In case the patient decides after the counselling talk that he or she does not want a surgery done by this doctor, aesthetic-op compensates the down payment apart from a cancellation fee of €50.00 (£40.00).
9.	Payback: In case it turns out after the counselling talk with the doctor that the surgery cannot be conducted for medical reasons, the whole down payment will be paid back..
10.	The company aesthetic-op, Anton Peter Nothofer, is only the middleman between the patient and the designated doctor or hospital. The contract on the medical treatment is agreed on directly between the patient and the doctor. Thus only the doctor is liable for the medical treatment. Also for the journey and the accommodation in a hospital, hotel, or a guesthouse accountability of aesthetic-op, Anton Peter Nothofer, is excluded, as the contracts are exclusively between the patient and the organiser.
